Hi, I’m Matt, the founder of MTS Academy. With a background in criminology, leadership, and management, I’ve spent over a decade building my career in both the private and public sectors. Throughout this journey, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring others into leadership roles, helping them develop the skills and confidence to excel in high-pressure environments.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Criminology and Indonesian Language, as well as a Diploma of Leadership and Management. Combining my academic foundation with real-world experience, I created MTS Academy—a platform dedicated to empowering individuals through high-quality leadership and management training.
